Palm Warrior Creed And Mission Statement
 Scope Of Agreement: The Palm Warrior's creed and mission statement also covers a contract agreement representing the following areas. (a) Qualifications (b) entrance and membership (c) work hours and ethics (d) home base positions (e) office base positions (f) synoptic relationships (g) goals & objectives (h) mission statement (i) online relationships (j) working conditions and employee services.
Whereas the undersigned parties and team members have formed a partnership and team to create quality Christian education for the Palm OS and Pocket PC markets, the herein information sets forth an understanding and the conditions under which this agreement and mission statement is to be executed.
Reconciliation: "To wit that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their transgresses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation (2Cor.5:10)." (Bring to acceptance). We have been given the mandate to "bring to acceptance) or reconcile the people of God. And if you qualify for admittance, we invite you to come go with us.
Ambassadors For Christ: "Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by me: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God (2Cor.5:20)." (Clergy without borders). We are citizens of heaven passing through the earth spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. We are in the world - but not of this world.
Denominations: (285) There are over 285 Christian denominations - and basically each one has its own doctrine and articles of faith. If you are admitted into this Team Warrior Group, you will have to be willing to fellowship, and work in concert with many of these denominations.
 Christian Churches: In the United States alone, there are over 231,000 churches claiming Christianity. To become a member of this team, you must be willing to work with all that qualify for admittance without carping criticism. We will need to know if you will make a conscientious effort to do so.
Respect For Leadership: God has ordained leadership in Manasseh Association as in any organized society or institution - there must be respect for leadership. Even if you do not agree with all of the principles and laws, leadership must be respected. The same is true of the president of our country. We may not agree with all of his decisions but he's our president (regardless of his political party).
Incarnation And Virgin Birth Of Jesus Christ: That Jesus was both human and divine God manifested in the flesh (1Tim. 3:16)
Death, Burial And Resurrection of Jesus Christ: "And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures (1Cor.15:1-5)
Unity Of Believers: "For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and all made to drink into one Spirit (1Cor.12:13)."
Keeping The Unity Of The Spirit: " Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Eph.4:3)."
Saving Relationship With Christ: (applicable to believers in the faith: "Nevertheless, the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And let every one nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity (2Tim.2:19)."
Marketplace Evangelism: "Light shine for Christ) " Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glory your Father which is in heaven (Matt.5:16)."
Business Evangelism: (scrupulous business practices) "See that a man is diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men (Prov.22:29)."
Creativity: To create good quality educational programs, for the Palm market and to do it in a professional manner. (2 Tim 2:15)
 Mission Statement: Go ye into all the world and make disciples of all men. Rescue the souls that are bound. Let your light shine in the marketplace and always defend the cause of Christ and lift up Jesus. Work to bring togetherness, harmony and peace to the body of Christ and always practice the presence of God - and do it in Jesus name.
Redeeming The Time: "Redeeming the time, because the days are evil (Eph.5:16)." Make good use of your time. You are working for the kingdom of heaven and God is our Chief Executive. He has given us a charge to keep. And have chosen you to be apart of this business.
United Nations Approach: "from every nation (Rev.7:9). Our company will look like America. It will employ people from every nation. You will have to agree to work in concert with multiple races and various denominations of people who may look different and react different from you. In our request to God over 25 years ago, we ask God for a United Nations and variety of employees.
Work As Unto The Lord: "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men (Col.3:23)." Home based positions or home office denotes that you will be trusted to work diligently from home. And since God has permitted and entrusted you to obtain this position, it is expected that you will perform your duties as unto the Lord. There will be no "prying " eyes of supervisors at your home. You will have to keep regular working hours and do your reasonable service unto God.
Attend Annual Meetings: We will have annual meetings and conferences and expect that our online and Warrior Team members will attend. These meetings will cover a multitude of events. (a) business (b) new innovations (c) company profiles (c) social gatherings (d) fellowship (e) face to face meetings (f) strength relationships etc. All employees are expected to attend.
Obedience To Duty: "Servants (employees), be obedient to them that are your masters (employers) according to the flesh, with fear (reverence) and trembling, in singleness of heart, as unto Christ (Eph.6:5)." Obedience: "follow the rules and regulations of your employer.
Faithfulness: "not with eye service" " Servants (employees), obey in all things your masters (employers) according to the flesh; not with eye service, as men pleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God (Col.3:22)." Eye service is working only when the boss is around. Well, God is always around. He doesn't sleep or slumber!!
Respect For Employer: (1Tim.6:1). Respect for leadership and your employer is vital. You will probably not agree with ever decision your employer makes. But in order for us to work to build God's kingdom, we must respect each other and work while it is day. Keep normal business hours in a homebased environment.
Team Warriors Work Hours: The work hours for the Palm Warrior Team, online employees, are normal business hours. (9-5:30) (Or flexible hours). One hour for lunch and reasonable breaks. Weekends off and 14 paid holidays. This includes office based and home based positions. If you feel sick, call the Executive Coordinator and report off sick. A number will be provided for this purpose. We will not question your sick call. Sick calls can be of any nature. "Just under the weather or just not feeling well. We will not ask for a doctor's note. Malingering is unbecoming to a child of the King. We understand "cabin fever" and other situations can occur while working from home. I went through it for 25 years.
Work In Quietness: "That with quietness they work, and eat their own bread (2Thess. 3:12)." God loves a "meek and quiet spirit." If God has blessed you to be in this company with a home based position with accompanying salary and full benefits. And a pay check being deposited to your account or placed in your mailbox, you are truly blessed and I would advise that you demonstrate your appreciation to the Lord by "working quietly with your hands before the Lord of glory!!
Work With All Your Might: "Whosoever thy hand find to do, do it with thy might (Ecc.9:10)." When I worked in Caesar's court, I worked 10-12 hours per day in a management position. I will give God no less. Most of us worked in secular positions and gave it our all. We should work even harder for the Lord of harvest. After all, only what you do for Christ will last. Kingdom work and building is eternal.
Faithful And Wise Servant: "Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season (Matt.24:45)."
The child of God and professionals usually will not have to be "prodded" to get the job done. By virtue of your dual nature - citizen of heaven (child of the King) and a professional, we are confident that you will excel in your work assignments. And will conduct yourself in such a way that all of heaven and our company will be proud of you!
Diligent In Business: "See thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men (Prov.22:29) (2Pet.3:14). As God has moved upon my heart to either recruit you for His service or offer you employment, He will also keep me informs as to your progress, motivations, aspirations, quality and quantity of work. After all, this is God's business. I'm merely his steward. The one you really have to impress is the Lord. And if your work pleases God .... it will certainly please me. As a preacher, pastor, writer, teacher and businessman, I frequently call my self-the "messenger." I must decrease .... while God increases. I do not glorify myself ..... I glorify the God of heaven!!! You can regulate your working hours with flexibility in a home base situation.
Promotions: "A man's gift maketh room for him; and bringeth him before great men (Prov. 18:16)." Our company is probably the first to list Jesus Christ on the organizational chart as the Chief Executive and Joseph W. Blue second in command. If you do your work as unto the Lord, your gift will make room for you. God will stir my heart to promote you beyond your measure. This company isn't about politics; knowing the right people; moving in the right circles, or doing what's politically correct. It's about having a spiritual relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and executing His vision through the prescribed methods given unto you. And respect for His leadership on earth.
"Attitude determines altitude." As quiet as it's kept .... God moves by His Spirit in quietness. There are no "bells and whistles" with Him. Therefore, glory God in your life, work and conduct. The birth of Jesus was the greatest miracle on this earth, and except for Joseph and Mary, a few shepherds, the wise men and billions of heavenly angels, it went totally unnoticed by the government and the secular world!!!
Walk In Wisdom: "Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time (Col 4:5)." As a citizen of heaven, and an employee of this company, your conduct, personal habits, financial dealings, debts and other issues will have a great impact upon your witness for Christ. Therefore, we encourage you to keep your financial situation in good standing, and conduct yourself, as it becomes the gospel of Jesus Christ. The whole world is watching God's people!!!
Give God Your Best: (Reasonable Service)" by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service (Rom. 12:10."
Faithful Stewards: "Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful (1Cor. 4:2)."
Be Not Slothful: "That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises (Heb. 6:12) (Prov. 18:9) (Prov 24:30).
It's Your Time: "and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this (Est. 4:14)" (Deut 1:11).
 An oath confirms what is said and puts an end to all arguments (Heb.6:16) (NIV)
Wherein the undersign listed parties have mutually entered an agreement to undertake the herein activity with respect to forming a partnership team to create quality Christian education and online services on the world wide web; post projects conduct business in various markets adhere and submit to moral issues, wage and salary agreements, approve team membership and abide by the Palm Warrior Creed, contract and mission statement. The herein articles and agreements describe the intent, purposes and conditions under which this contract is executed.
These agreements are binding to the executors, principals or assigns. And constitutes the complete understanding of the listed parties. No modification or waivers of any provisions hereof shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the founder.
